We coordinate architecture, engineering and surveying, and check the project against the original study.
Dealing with public administrations
Permits, planning and paperwork. Actively followed up, not filed and forgotten.
Connecting every part
Owners, finance, technical team, builder and agencies, all working to the same calendar.
What we don't do in this area
Saying it upfront saves everyone a few meetings.
We are not an estate agency
We don't broker home sales and we don't take a commission on selling.
We don't build
We have no site crews. We select the builder and control schedule and quality on the owner's side.
We don't handle sales
Sales go to agencies selected for each development, on terms agreed in advance.
How to hire us
A first meeting and a quick read of the site at no cost. From there we work on a fee for the feasibility study and, if the project moves ahead, a mix of fixed fee and success fee.
