What data we process
What you provide in the contact form: name, email and, if you wish, phone and company, along with the content of your message. We also record the submission date and the language you wrote in.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to maintain the relationship arising from the project you raise. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as the conversation lasts and afterwards for the period needed to address possible legal obligations. After that, we delete it.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use hosting and database providers that act as processors and comply with European data protection rules.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@washingtonia.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
